Easily machined or thermoformed for automatic lay-up process.
Closed cell structure, customer can choose liquid resin infusion process.
Excellent compression creep properties of PMI foam, as a core material in sandwich structures, can be co-cured with skin, up to BMI resin or cyanate resin.
Good impact resistance as same as honeycomb.
Reduced structural weight by customizing cell size to meet the requirement of reduced surface resin absorption.
It can be modified to achieve flame retardant, stealthy or wave-transparent functions.
Compared with honeycomb, the manufacturing cost is reduced while the usage cost is also reduced.
